Doc McConnell will be missed by the storytelling community as well as the thousands of people who saw his amazing Old Medicine Show throughout his 30+ years of touring. After four years of performing with him, Guerry will miss being Doc's 'not registered' nurse.  As storytellers must, Guerry, continues to share her own stories and workshops
as
before. She is listed on the roster of the Tennessee Arts Commission and
the Rose Center of N.E. Tennessee.
The Rogersville Heritage Association hosts a 2 1/2 hour walking tour with
Guerry McConnell through Historic Downtown Rogersville. Tours of Hawkins
County are also available.
The tour begins at the Rogers Cemetery in Crockett Park and a donation
of $10 per person is requested.
Gate City, Va and Greeneville, TN. Tours can be booked by appointment
